History

The origins of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, which is the first higher education institution in Manisa, goes back to Ege University Faculty of Economics and Commercial Sciences-Manisa Vocational School of Accounting founded in 1975 by Professor Nezihe Sönmez. The first lectures of the school were taught at the building of an Elementary School situated in the Karaköy district.
